Purchase information

PRODUCT

To view the products, select the product group and subgroup you are interested in from the menu on the left. Once you have selected a suitable product group, you will see the product name, image and product code. In order to see the exact size and description, click on the “Additional Information” link below the product picture. To see a larger image, click on the image again.

ORDERING

Once you have selected a suitable product, click the “ADD TO BAG” link. The order quantity is by default 1. If you want to order multiple pieces of the selected product, change the number in the QUANTITY box and click the “ADD TO BAG” link. Then click on the “SHOPPING BAG” link, and after click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” link, and fill in the required fields. If you do not have an email, write “xxx” in the box. Be sure to mark the delivery service! If you choose ELS Plus courier service then you will also need to enter your telephone number.

PAYMENT

Choose the suitable bank link (if there is no existing bank link then be sure to contact us and we will try to find a quick solution). Then you will be directed to the bank’s homepage, where you can make a payment. After you make a successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the merchant.

DELIVERY

The item will be forwarded to the post office of Itella Estonia OÜ after the receipt of the cash into the bank account specified on the invoice.

 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

All customers and visitors data received by MATIGOLD will remain confidential information that are not communicated to the third parties. At the client’s request, all information of the client will be deleted from MATIGOLD database.

Delivery of goods

The ordered goods will be delivered to the Customer via Itella Estonia OÜ, in accordance with the delivery service chosen by the Customer, namely:

  1. Itella Smartpost.

  1. Itella SmartKuller.

Delivery of parcels six days a week (Mon-Sat) on the day following the day of order (except on Sundays and on smaller islands). The customer can choose the appropriate time period (9:00-17:00 or 17:00-21:00) for receiving the parcel, and order the goods to workplace or home.

In the morning of delivery, the customer will be informed about the arrival of parcel by SMS. The courier calls the customer before the delivery of parcel.

If the first attempt to deliver the parcel fails, the courier and the customer will agree on another time, if necessary. According to customer’s wish it is also possible to redirect the parcel to an appropriate parcel terminal without additional charge.

 

The parcel is handed over to the customer on the basis of a unique code sent to the customer by SMS. The goods are kept in parcel terminals of OÜ ITELLA for 7 (seven) days from the day following the day of shipment. If the Customer has not picked up the goods during mentioned period and the goods will be returned to MATIGOLD, has MATIGOLD right to deduct the costs related to return of goods from the advance payment paid by the Customer.

When ordering goods outside the Republic of Estonia, the above delivery methods and prices are not valid.

The Customer has the right of withdrawal from the order

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sale Contract concluded on the basis of the order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods to the Customer. To cancel the contract, the Customer must make a corresponding application to MATIGOLD and return the ordered goods. The returned goods must not be used and must be have all the markings and be in original packaging. If the item to be refunded has deteriorated and the deterioration has not arisen as a result of the regular use of the item, the Customer must compensate for the reduction in the value of the item. Upon the cancellation MATIGOLD will return to the Customer the price paid at the earliest opportunity, but not later than within 30 days from the date of withdrawal, to the bank account indicated by the Customer. Shipping costs of the goods are not refundable.
