1. You have the right to exchange or return a product ordered from the e-shop within 14 days. The 14-day time limit starts from the date of receipt of the product.

2. In order to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must send a withdrawal request to the following e-mail address info@matigold.com.

3. After submitting the application, the parcel must be sent to us (by Smarpost) or brought to our shop on site.

NB! If you ordered with Itella SmartPost, you can return the goods with the same door code you used to receive the parcel by selecting “Return parcel” from the Itella SmartPost machine. The customer has the option to return the goods ordered from the online shop or catalogue to the sender free of charge within 14 days via Itella SmartPost.

After we have received and inspected the goods, we will contact you and refund your money.
