You have the right to exchange or return products ordered from our e-shop within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods.

Returning the goods

After submitting the application, send the package to us via Smartpost or bring it to our store.

NB! If you ordered via Itella SmartPost, you can return the goods using the same door code you received the package with, by selecting “Return parcel” at the SmartPost terminal. Goods ordered from the online store can be returned free of charge via the parcel terminal within 14 days.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will contact you and refund your money.
