Order terms and conditions

MATIGOLD delivers the products within 2-7 days* (except in the case of point 4.4) to Itella Estonia OÜ, which takes the products to the post office at the customer’s place of residence. We usually send the goods to Itella Estonia OÜ within 24 hours on working days, after receiving the order.

1. General conditions

1.1 They apply to the legal relationships arising from the purchase of goods between www.matigold.com customers (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and www.matigold.com owner OÜ PC & Program (hereinafter referred to as MATIGOLD).

1.2 MATIGOLD reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions and product prices for its own purposes (competitiveness, expansion of the assortment).

1.3 MATIGOLD and the customer trade on the website www.matigold.com under the terms and conditions set out in this document. By placing an order and making payment, the customer confirms that they agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

2. MATIGOLD prices

2.1 The prices of products on the MATIGOLD website are in euros and include 24% VAT.

2.2 Delivery within Estonia is free from 35 euros, unless otherwise stated under the “additional information” of the product!

2.3 MATIGOLD reserves the right to adjust prices. Orders placed before price changes come into effect will be subject to the prices reflected at that time.

2.4 Shipping costs. You are responsible for the shipping costs for receiving the product if the order is worth at least 35 euros. If the amount is less than this, the customer must bear the shipping costs themselves. Shipping to Estonia: 3 EUR; Finland: 14 EUR. When returning the product, the seller will refund the shipping costs paid by the customer to receive the goods.

3. Order processing

3.1 The shopping list is created when the customer clicks the “Add to Cart” button. This does not obligate the customer to purchase.

3.2 The quantities of products in the shopping cart can be changed and removed if necessary.

3.3 The products in the shopping cart are also available to other customers until the order is confirmed.

3.4 To place an order, the customer clicks on the “Place order” button.

3.5 The customer then enters their details, where the products will be sent and selects a payment method. Next, the customer clicks on the “Order overview” button, where they can check the entered details and pay for the goods by clicking “Start payment / Confirm order”. MATIGOLD hereby considers the sales contract to be concluded.

3.6 After making a payment through the bank link, please be directed to “Back to merchant”

4. Delivery of products

4.1 After the contract comes into force, clause 3.5, MATIGOLD will deliver the products to Itella Estonia OÜ within 2 working days, which will forward the order to the customer according to their choice. We usually ship the goods within 24 hours on working days.

4.2 Products with a longer delivery time are marked with the corresponding information.

4.3 The ordering time for goods that are not in stock is separately indicated in the product’s additional information, plus the usual shipping time.

4.4 The order lead time for all German products (wedding rings and engagement rings from German brands) is 4-6 weeks.

4.5 All German brand products that are on order must be brought to the MATIGOLD store to place the order.

5. Returning products and cancelling orders

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel their order after making payment for the ordered products, but before the products are shipped. They must immediately notify info@matigold.com in a relevant statement or on this page: https://matikuld.ee/et/kauba-tagastamine/. The advance payment for the canceled order will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 5 working days after receipt of the statement.

5.2 If the goods do not fit or do not meet expectations, the customer has the right to return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.

5.3 The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal if the products are engraved, customized or otherwise modified. If the Buyer cancels the order, the advance payment will not be refunded. The Buyer agrees that if the Buyer cancels the order, the Seller has the right to transfer the product to cover the costs and the Buyer has no claims against the Seller as a result. The Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for all losses caused by the cancellation of the order.

5.4 The return does not include the cost of Itella Estonia OÜ services! Since the shipping cost is borne by MATIGOLD, the cost of the returned goods is borne by the customer! When returning the goods, please note “pays by the recipient” (OÜ PC & Program), we will deduct the return cost from the refunded amount!

(Example: if you ordered goods for 1500.- EUR and you return the goods, you will be refunded 1495.- EUR.)

To avoid possible damage to the goods, we ask that you return the goods in a secure envelope (you can use the same envelope in which the goods were sent to you, if possible). NB.! The order terms and conditions apply only to goods purchased from the online store!

5.5 If the returned goods are damaged due to circumstances arising from the fault or negligence of the customer, MATIGOLD reserves the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

5.6 The goods should be sent to the address: Peterburi tee 2, Tallinn 11415 (recipient: OÜ PC & Program).

5.7 The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first 1 year from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.

5.8 If the order has been paid for in advance by entering card details, the money will be refunded to the same payment card and the account number does not need to be entered separately.
