TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MATIGOLD delivers products within 2-7 days* (except in the case of 4.4) to Itella Estonia OÜ, who brings the product(s) to clients selected postal service. The product(s) is sent out on the work days within 24h to Itella Estonia OÜ, after the order has been received.
1. General conditions.
1.1 Applicable to the legal relations between www.matigold.com customers (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and the owner of www.matigold.com OÜ PC & Program (hereinafter referred to as MATIGOLD) for the purchase of goods.
1.2 MATIGOLD reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions and the prices of the products for its own purposes (competitiveness, replenishment of the range).
1.3 MATIGOLD and the Customer will trade on the www.matigold.com website on the terms and conditions set out in this document. By placing and paying for the order, the Customer confirms that he accepts the terms of sale.
2. MATIGOLD prices.
2.1 The prices of products on the MATIGOLD website are in euros and include 20% VAT.
2.2 Delivery within Estonia is free of charge starting from 35 eurounless otherwise stated in the "additional information" section!
2.3 MATIGOLD reserves the right to adjust prices. Orders placed prior to the effective date of the price changes will be subject to the prices reflected at that time.
2.4 Transport prices. Pick-up transport is at your expense for orders of at least €35. If the amount is less than this, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs. Delivery to Estonia: 3 EUR ; Finland: 14 EUR. If the product is returned, the seller will refund the postage paid by the customer to receive the product.
3. Placing an order
3.1 The shopping list is created at the moment the customer clicks on the "Add to cart" button. Which does not commit the customer to purchase yet.
3.2 The quantities of products in the shopping basket can be changed and removed if necessary.
3.3 The products in the shopping cart are available to other customers until the order is confirmed.
3.4 To place an order, the customer clicks on the "Place order" button.
3.5 The customer then enters their details of where the products are to be sent and selects the payment method. Next, the customer clicks on the "Order Review" button, where they can check the details entered and pay for the goods by clicking on "Start Payment / Confirm Order". MATIGOLD will then consider the sales contract as concluded.
3.6 After making the payment through the bank link, please be redirected to the "Back to merchant" page.
4. Product delivery.
4.1 After the entry into force of the agreement in clause 3.5, MATIGOLD delivers the products, within 2 working days, to Itella Estonia OÜ,which forwards the order to the customer. Normally, on working days, we will deliver the goods within 24h .
4.2 Products with a longer delivery time are marked with this information.
4.3 For goods not in stock, the ordering time is indicated separately in the product information, plus the usual delivery time.
4.4 The ordering time for all German products (German brand wedding rings and engagement rings) is 4-6 weeks.
4.5 All German brand products that are for ordering, client must come to the MATIGOLD store to place the order.
5. Product return and cancelling orders.
5.1 The customer has the right to cancel his/her order after the payment for the ordered products has been made, but before the products are shipped. Notify without delay firstname.lastname@example.org in a statement to that effect or on this page: https://matikuld.ee/et/kauba-tagastamine/The deposit for the cancelled order will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 5 working days of receipt of the application.
5.2 If the goods are not suitable or do not meet expectations, the customer has the right to return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods.The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop shall immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request, refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
5.3 The customer has no right of withdrawal if the products have been engraved, customised or otherwise altered. In the event of cancellation of the order by the Buyer, the advance payment will not be refunded. The Buyer agrees that, in the event of cancellation of the order by the Buyer, the Seller shall be entitled to dispose of the product to cover the costs and the Buyer shall have no claim against the Seller in respect thereof. The Buyer shall be liable to compensate the Seller for any loss suffered by the Seller as a result of cancelling the order.
5.4 The cost of Itella Estonia OÜ services is not refundable! Since the shipping costs are covered by MATIGOLD, the cost of the returned goods is covered by the customer! When returning the goods, please indicate "paid by the recipient" (OÜ PC & Program), the cost of return will be deducted from the refund!
(Example: if you order goods for 1500.- EUR and return the goods, you will be refunded 1495.- EUR.)
To avoid possible damage to the goods, we ask you to return the goods in a security envelope (the same envelope in which the goods were sent to you may be used if possible). NB! Order conditions apply only to goods purchased from the e-shop!
5.5 In the event that the goods to be returned have been damaged, due to the fault or negligence of the customer, MATIGOLD reserves the right to set off the loss in value of the product against the amount to be returned to the customer.
5.6 Send the goods to: Peterburi tee 2, Tallinn 11415 (recipient: OÜ PC & Program).
5.7 The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year from the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
